Jerry Garcia / John Kahn - Simple Twist of Fate

While the motive behind this duo tour were sad, the acoustic Garcia licks are a pleasure. Splitting the take between only two members of the Jerry Garcia Band allowed increased funds for herion. Sad but true.
His solo on this tune is my favorite from any of the tunes they did. I admire the way he takes it to another level half way through. As only he could on either acoustic or electric.
Right here is the reason why my current quest on the guitar is to be able to solo like Jery Garcia. I’m gonna need a lot more years!
